Quaint Cottage Gardens in Castleton

We went out on Friday to Castleton in the Peak District (just up the road from our house, we’re so lucky to live close to a place like this!). A belated birthday celebration dinner for my Dad 🙂 We took our pooches out for a walk around the quaint little village, I found lots of container planting inspiration for our allotment 😀 Each cottage had its own charm in the small front gardens…

I even bought a second hand tin watering can that will sit nicely next to my dolly tub on the allotment!
